JACQUELINE E. MOHRMAN, ESQ.

Jacqueline Mohrman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Iona College in 1993 and graduated from Hofstra University's School of Law in 1996. While in law school, Ms. Mohrman focused primarily on land use and real estate, but also provided pro bono help to those who were unable to pay for legal assistance.

Admitted to the bar in New York, Ms. Mohrman continued to focus on Real Estate and Corporate Law, but has also helped clients with debt settlement, mortgage foreclosures, corporate formation and contract litigation.  After practicing primarily in New York City and on Long Island, Ms. Mohrman moved to Arkport, NY in July of 2008 and is now available to provide legal assistance to New York's southern tier.

Ms. Mohrman's practice is focused on real estate, due to her extensive experience with residential and commercial sale, lease and mortgage transactions, but she has also expanded that influence to include an emphasis on mortgage foreclosure defense and gas rights. 

Believing that there is rarely one solution to a legal question, Ms. Mohrman evaluates each client's current needs and situation, as well as their future plans, in order to provide an effective solution for each individual.
